Alex performs L-situp

Alex received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at UAH.  He presently performs a variety of computer science related work for Troy 7, a small engineering service business that provides services to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the United States Army.  Alex was pestered (by his fiancee, Mandy) into checking out some “odd-ball” gym, better known as CrossFit Impulse, in September of 2010.  Prior to being woman handled into CrossFit, Alex had no idea what it was all about.  From the time in walked in the doors at CrossFit Impulse, he was hooked!  In his free time (outside of CrossFit), Alex enjoys karate, video games, and social board games (not including those based on pure luck or random trivia).
