Billy Manley holds a Level 2 CrossFit Certification.  He played both football and baseball at Daleville High School all four years and baseball at ESCC. He has a passion for CrossFit and coaching.

“All the time spent in the gym didn’t prepare me for what CrossFit had in store for me. There is a huge difference between being in shape and being in CrossFit shape. I have definitely come a long way, but still have so much farther to go as far as developing as an athlete and a coach. I love what I do, I love the amazing people that I get to work with on a daily basis that push me as hard as I push them. My goals for CrossFit aren’t to become a Games athlete, I’m in it for the long term benefits, the ease with which it makes doing anything that life throws at me, and the lifetime relationships that are formed. ”
