Courtney Hayden is an engineer, a Level 1 CrossFit trainer, and the mother of sweet baby girl. Courtney, along with her husband, made the switch to CrossFit over 3 years ago and hasn’t looked back. Courtney both coached and trained all throughout her pregnancy. She truly enjoys coaching. Courtney loves helping athletes with the Olympic lifts as they are complex and she knows that a lot of athletes get discouraged with them. She, herself, enjoys the technical aspect of weightlifting and enjoys the challenge.
