Fundamentals
Most people have no CrossFit experience when they start training with us, and that’s OK! We offer a series of eight classes called Fundamentals to get you started. In Fundamentals you’ll get introduced to all our movements, equipment, and methods gradually over the course of 4 weeks. You’ll learn about our nutrition program, determine how often you should train, and get all your questions answered! During your free intro and evaluation one of our trainers will tell you all about what you can expect during Fundamentals.
Fundamentals is a learning experience, not a gut check. You can’t “fail” Fundamentals. No matter what level of fitness you’re at, Fundamentals is right for you! We slowly and gradually build your confidence and abilities over the course of four weeks. After you graduate you’ll be ready to jump into our group classes and start moving safely, efficiently, and effectively! Fundamentals is also a lot of fun, and you’ll make some new friends!
You can sign up for Fundamentals by clicking the button at top and submitting payment. We’ll also need a completed application and waiver, but you’re welcome to fill those out in person before class begins. Fundamentals is $250 for all eight classes.
