WOD:
20 minute AMRAP
5 push ups
wall walk to handstand
2 handstand pushups
SCALES:
Gold
5 pushups
wall walk to handstand
2 kipping handstand pushups
Silver
5 pushups
wall walk to handstand
2 kipping handstand pushups with abb matt
Bronze
5 band assisted pushups
wall walk to decline hold
2 decline pushups (can also use bench)
WARMUP:
10 push up walks
Comment:
This work out is done is a series. You do the push ups with your feet against the wall, then walk to handstand, complete your handstand pushups and walk back down. ideally, the whole series will be done with out stopping, and then if necessary take a break once you get back to your push ups position at the end.
