Patrick, you're much better than passable. How about Peachy Patrick?

Jordan, I'm also trying to be a Firebreathing Insomniac. That's why I generally do 2-on/1-off right now. If I do the third day on then I make it a strength day that targets something I haven't completely blasted over the past two days.

However, I got 8.5 hours of sleep last night! I just need to be disciplined enough to wind down and get in bed by 9 PM more often.

This is some good info! I am definately in the catagory of Insomniac Irene right now...but Firebreathing Frank is my new role model! Is it possible to be a Firebreathing Insomniac? I have to make time for cultivating artichokes and what not. Maybe when I get out of Paramedic school I can do this sleep thing I keep on hearing about.

Damn, Jeff, that's a great article baby-eating and all. Coincidentally, I've been queried by some on the overtraining risk of Crossfit. Now I have something I can directly refer to them....booyaka. Thanks!

Thanks, Tristan. You will be our first Firebreathing Frank. You should probably work in some excellence-pissing for time as active rest.
