Hudson is a level 1 CrossFit trainer, construction worker, and a Marine reservist. He read about Crossfit in a magazine article while deployed in Iraq. After returning to Huntsville in 2008 he started CrossFit and has never considered anything else since. Hudson likes everything about CrossFit, especially the high intensity competitive atmosphere.
