Melissa spent most of her youth doing gymnastics and was hooked on CrossFit once she found out it incorporates gymnastics movements into its training program. After CrossFitting for three months, Melissa became pregnant with her second child and hasn’t stopped. She feels that CrossFit has been an amazing addition to her life and has enhanced it in so many ways.  She loves the intensity, competitiveness, and the camaraderie of CrossFit.

Wonderful accomplishments. You are a huge part of what makes the moning WOD bearable. No matter how nasty the WOD is, you find time for a good morning before the pain. That rocks.

Very happy to have met your husband now too. They say a family that crossfits together …suffers together? aches together? compares callouses together? any of the above. LOL

    Well done Melissa!
