Melissa Fowler

Melissa doing a One-armed snatch

Melissa spent most of her youth doing gymnastics. She decided to join CrossFit to try something new and to get away from the typical Globo Gym atmosphere. After CrossFitting for three months, Melissa became pregnant with her second child and hasn’t stopped CrossFitting. She feels that CrossFit has been an amazing addition to her life and has enhanced it in so many ways.   It has increased her endurance, strength, and energy to help keep up with her two year old and the one on the way.

Wonderful accomplishments. You are a huge part of what makes the moning WOD bearable. No matter how nasty the WOD is, you find time for a good morning before the pain. That rocks.

Very happy to have met your husband now too. They say a family that crossfits together …suffers together? aches together? compares callouses together? any of the above. LOL

    Well done Melissa!
