		<description>Still babying the knee so no 5k for me... created this WOD:
AMRAP
5 power cleans (75 lbs) male (135lbs)
10 pullups
15 kettle bell swings (26lbs) male (11/2 pood)
20 box jumps (12&quot;) male (18&quot;)

Completed 5 rounds and got 4 power cleans into round 6. This is a PR for me. Last time I got four completed rounds and 4 jumps into the box jumps of round five.</description>
