New Schedule Starts September 1st


A new evening class schedule will start on Wednesday September 1st. We will then offer three evening classes at 4:00 PM, 5:15 PM, and 6:30 PM. When the schedule changes we’ll update our schedule page to give you a visual breakdown. We hope you enjoy and take advantage of the new class offering and the added flexibility it offers.

    I highly recommend getting a proper pair of weightlifting shoes before doing any olympic type lifts. They are also extremely helpful for squats and deadlifts.
