Patrick is a mechanical/aerospace engineer and private pilot. He has been active in team sports most of his life and currently plays in local basketball and flag football leagues. Outside of sports, Patrick enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding. David eventually nagged Patrick enough to try CrossFit after he became increasingly bored with traditional gym routines. Patrick and his wife Lisa enjoy the exercise variety, measurable results, and friendly competitive atmosphere CrossFit Impulse provides.
