    I did yesterday’s workout:
    8 rounds of:
    400 m run
    90 sec rest
    Total time: 22:25
    Splits: 1:19 1:25 1:33 1:31 1:37 1:34 1:29 1:20 (thanks to Scott running with me)

    125-135-135-135-135-135-135

    was too aggressive at the start.. Each of these sets was tough. I think David did a whole 400m in the time it took me to do the 3rd rep on some of these sets, but I didn’t fail. Good WOD.

    I love the press. Absolutely love it…..unfortunately it doesn’t love me. Haha. I got 125 for 3 reps. Felt good.

    Enjoyed a slower, strength workout. Nice change of pace from War Frank and running 8x 400m.

    95, 95 (2 complete, 3rd fail), 85, 90, 90, 90, 95 (2 complete, 3rd fail)

    went a bit back & forth on this one, so I probably should’ve started a little bit lower. my shoulders seem fine, but my lower back is killing me again lol.
