17:31 Modified. Did this at the house with EA, used 45 lb dumbbells in place of kettlebell, chair assisted pull-up, and did 60 “pike press” in place of HSPU. Pretty happy with my time, but this one kicked my a$$!

Got through all my burpees unbroken in about 4 minutes. Broke up the situps to 30, 15, 10, 5. Then got to the swings and broke them up to 25, 15, 10. I dont recall how I broke up the pullups, its all a foggy haze now. The handstand pushups is where I spent a good deal of time. Started them at about 12 minutes. Probably took me a good 10 minutes to finish all 30.

This was definitely more difficult than Tuesday’s version. Burpees were easier but everything else was broken much more than Tuesday. HSPUs were a challenge. Ended up doing singles at about 20.
We kicked off another Fundamentals series today. Great job to everyone with the squat movements and the treat at the end of class.
Whoa…treat?!? lol. Well, it woulda been, I suppose, if I hadn’t gotten that stinkin’ migraine right in the middle of ‘the treat’. Hate that happened, but it was on me so suddenly, I didn’t even have time to process what was happening, other than thinking that my skull was separating. Still feeling aftershocks now, but I’ll be there in the morning. Hopefully without a damned repeat performance of the headache…
