5 rounds + 10 cleans + 8 situps
Well-programmed WOD. Keeps you moving the entire time. Was my first WOD coaching Justin and Josh. They both killed it.
Sorry if I wasn’t completely myself tonight. I haven’t been getting enough sleep and it’s catching up with me. Gonna remedy that by taking off work tomorrow.
Did this one at Crossfit Huntsville. 10 rounds + 1 clean. Much harder than I had anticipated. Looking forward to tomorrow’s WOD. Looks fun
Holy shit, Batman!
10 rounds? Is this physically possible? Dude, that is amazing.
4 rounds + 25 reps
I was shooting for 5 rounds but feel short by 5 reps.
really bad, felt defeated as I came in, 2 rounds + 13 situps. But I was happy in the end with the spasm of DU’s thanks to Christina!
