    Lonny, Bacon, and myself showed up this morning to no trainer.
    Luckily the WOD didn’t need any equipment so we went ahead and did it.

    We came up with a warm up of 800m run and 20 squats.
    We thought about doing some tractor tire wall ball shots, but didn’t think the dents in the side of the building would be appreciated.

    Great work by everyone this morning. Your legs don’t want to move on the second 400m run after the squats.
    I made myself keep a steady pace on the squats, of course I didn’t want to, but made myself push through the burn in my legs.
    The runs felt as if you had to get the blood flowing for the first 50m or so after doing the squats.

    I agree with Russell. The burn was rough on the squats and that first 50 to 100m of each run was pretty hard because of that.

    Oddly relieved that it was a leg day though after all the shoulder work during this past week. I actually told David before we left yesterday that I was hoping for anything but shoulders today, even if it was a bunch of squats. And that’s pretty much what we got.

  4. Sorry again guys for the morning class. Was glad to see you guys went ahead and did the workout 🙂 Just for you three the warm up for everyone today is run 800m and do 20 squats. Those are some great times. Yeah the first round is pretty much the only round that does not hurt. By round four you feel like you legs are stone columns. Great job.

  6. 16:17 at the house. I’ve been extremely busy at work and out of town quite a bit lately…can’t wait to get back soon.
