Has anyone else been having trouble playing crossfit.com videos? They were working fine up until about a month ago then stopped. It could just be my computer though.
For a while now, most of the time I can only get the .mov ones to work that play in Quicktime.
Row + wall balls = misery
I’ve never been able to get them to work. All I have is my work laptop though, and I suspect the computer is setup to block them.

17:25, subbing SDHP for rowing all the way
Total of 150 SDHP @ 95 lbs subbed for the total of 3500m of rowing. I think I got off much easier than someone who rowed all the way. However, this was probably a better domain for me to work in, as I am better at slow-paced endurance than medium-weight stamina.
Way to run a large class through a complex WOD, David. I don’t think anybody will be taking you up on your offer of performing 50 burpees if they don’t think they got a good workout.

subed 1K with 50 61# SDHP.

21:18 sub’ing SDHP w/61 lbs all the way through for rowing, and using 14 lbs med ball. While faster, the SDHP was definately harder for me than the row.
I did silver in 25:35. First time ever I felt like I could have passed out. Part of that was me getting frustrated with how tired I was getting.
