  1. No, Pukie, you may not come inside and have a drink. Step off my front steps before I call the cops.

  2. Made up “Elizabeth”
    21-15-9
    Cleans (full squat clean), 135-lbs
    Ring dips
    Time: 12:48

This is almost a minute worse than my previous. I was in hopes of a PR but I didn’t have it in me today.

    1. Did you do it again today David? Wow two Elizabeths in a row has to be tough!

      1. Nope, just posted on wrong day. Not real sure why or how that happened.

  3. I did Lordy Forty version:

sub 18 inch box steps ups for 24 inch box jumps
    3/4 pood KBS
    45lbs good-mornings for back extensions
    3x singles for DU
    Time: 28:11
    Everyone did AWESOME!!

  4. Failed to complete. Third time doing the F’ing F’er and I did get farther than before. April 14 I got 12 burpees, today I got to the jump rope. Need to work on my Double unders since Megan can knock them out like a pro now.

  5. Filthy Fifty:
sub 18 inch box jumps for 24 inch box jumps
    3/4 pood KBS
31bs Push Press (Thanks David for correcting me on my form, it helped me do more)

    Time: 30 min + 20 burpees

Hopefully the next time this rolls around, I will be able to do all of it!!

  6. I did the Thanatos Thirty, finished in just under 30 minutes.
All was as prescribed except wall balls, I only used a 6 lb ball. Still trying to get my form down. Also, struggling on form on the Kneebos… probably only did 3 legit.
    Great morning group today!

    1. Glad to know I’m not the only one that does the 6# ball. Yesterday I did 40 WB, 30 WB and 20 WB in between the rows, and I used the 6# ball, which freaking wore me out! Us shorties have a hard time getting that ball up!

  7. Nice work done in the morning class! Everyone attacked the WOD with confidence along with a little grumbling. I would grumble too if I was working out at 0530. Kudos to those who finished within the 30 min cutoff! Congrats to Hudson for is PR!

  8. Did the Forty.

28:41 (I tried to do every movement rx’d, but 2 or 3 knees to elbows weren’t legit)

I wouldn’t have finished without Davy and Hudson pushing me.

    1. I bet 2/3rds of my KTE weren’t legit. Thanks for being there Lonny–it would have been much worse doing this WOD alone.

  9. I did the 40 rep version with Lonnie at lunch. Used a 14 lb ball for the wall ball shots and 3x single unders. Time was something like 24:15 although my mind is so fuzzy now I’m not sure that’s right. I did write it on the wall at the box and perhaps someone will correct me if that shows different. What a friggin nightmare. I’m praying for a strength day tomorrow.

  10. 22:38 Rx. PR by 4min. Lots of motivation in the 5:30 class today. Ill have to visit you guys more often. Had a small but good 11:30 class. Both Lonny and Davy finished filthy 40 in under 30 min. Lonny PR’d by 10 min!

  11. 25:35 Rx’d (PR by 1:21). Brutal after yesterday’s WOD. Day off tomorrow.

  12. Great effort from the 6:15 class. Congrats to Daniel for on a PR and to Christina for continuing the WOD after hurting her leg on the 24″ box. My platoon commander at TBS used to say “If you’re injured, stop and go see the doc. If you’re hurt, suck it up and keep going.” She has obviously found the difference, as she was clearly hurt, but kept going anyway.

  13. 26:31 Rx’d

DC FatSacs and Patrick’s time gave me a goal to try and beat….didnt quite get there, but I still PR’d by just over 2 minutes. Wall balls absolutely killed me on this one. Thats where I spent most of my time. My goal next time is sub 25 min.

Rest day for me tomorrow. So you freaks enjoy.

    Peace to mankind,

    The Donk

  14. 24:48 Rx’d

I was chasing Jakub but found out quickly I wasn’t going to catch him. I was also hoping for a PR. This is the second WOD in a row that I have performed below my previous best. Frustrating.

    1. Lack of sleep and VERY active rest days are probably to blame. Because you are stronger and faster now than you ever have been.
