  1. So here is how that day went: I was minding my own business, sweating like at old fat man laying on a beach, throwing a pood around, and jumping up and down off a box…when all of a sudden…David pops open a delicious, crispy, cool Sam Adams and proceeds to drink it while “cheering” us on. So what is a girl to do?? I threw the pood at his head, grabbed the beer, and did the only thing i’m really good at….ran like hell!!! haha

  2. Silver- 12:42
Alternated between blue and green bands for the dead hangs; used 18″ box for inverted push-ups. Probably should have elevated more. My forearms felt HUGE at the end of the WOD!

  3. This one looks nasty. I did the 400m lunges. 14:30. I think I was a bit long though. I did them from goal to goal on a soccer field which I now know can be from 95 to 120 m long. So who knows. The one constant though … it sucked. Then I sprinted up and down the field for an hour playing ultimate football. Tomorrow my WOD will probably be a get out of bed and make it to the shower -for time. And I will try to stay under the 30 min cutoff. We shall see.

  4. Silver at 24:32 then spent the next two hours with very annoying pain in my right elbow and somewhat annoying pain in my left elbow.

Think I’ll rest my arms for a few days with GHDs and Squats.

  5. Silver at 22:36 with blue band assisted pullups and inverted pushups on the GHDs.

  6. Silver 12:42. Me and Erin stayed neck and neck; thanks for the push!! Some green band on the 18 and 15 reps, but blue on the rest. Pulled my quad muscle on the rope climb this am. Didn’t stretch too good since my quads were pretty tight from the WOD yesterday. Lesson learned!

    1. Yeah, your quads may be sore but shout out to you for making it all the way up on the rope for the first time today!! That was awesome 🙂

  7. Did this at home this morning…modified preggo version:

    21-15-9-3

Pull ups: I tried to do these as strict as possible, had to change up my grip a couple of times…They were hard for me to do unbroken ( took me forever!)

Inverted push ups: off our 21 inch coffee table- nose to floor

    Time: 29:00 min

  8. 23:47 Rx’d , nose touch really makes you go controlled. I love WODs with descending rep counts, to me they are mentally encouraging.

  9. Chris I agree on the mentally encouraging!! Nice job you did today by the way. Silver for me 12:35, I was hoping that I was finished with green banded pull-ups but had to call up it again today. Thanks Christina for both the rope climbing encouragement and the handstand encouragement!!

  10. This WOD was an exercise in frustration and humility. HSPUs have always been a weakness and going nose to floor made every rep close to a 1RM. Went Rx on pullups and halved the reps on HSPUs. Don’t remember the time but it was long.

  11. Today I was on rest day. I decided to feel the mojo and try to PR on deadlift. Got closer than ever before, but couldn’t quite get all the way stood up. Legs are trashed from lunges and tabata, so this weekend when I’m fresh me and the mojo got a date with the barbell.

  12. Did my own programming again today.

    10 rounds for time:
    15 back extensions
    15 unanchored situps

    Time 9:23

Thanks to Katie, Sarah, and Franklin for cheering… and yes, Katie I heard everything you said 😉

  13. 15:54 Rx’d. Prob had a total of 6-7 reps where I turned around before my nose completely touched. Was probably a little bit of muscle memory from regular HSPUs mixed with a lot of being a wuss.

  14. Silver 17:05 I gave up on the blue band after the first round then went to green and I used a bench for my inclined HSPUs. Rough! I think it had something to do with Daniel being stingy with his Mojo…if only I had the mojo then I might have done better!
