  1. The dynamic duo of Russell “The Destroyer” Crosswy and Steven “The Barbarian” Gaffin teamed up for this one.
One partner would do the reps while the other partner waited. So we both individually did the entire workout, just alternating the partner so each person got a rest in between each movement.
We went with the Rx rep scheme.

Deadlift was 275 at 10,9,8 then we went to 225 for the rest of the reps.
Bench was 155 and squat clean was 95.
Tried 135 for the first 10 and got them but knew it was going to get a lot worse.

Back is tired after doing Wednesday’s workout along with the extra strength work I did also.

    Time: 43:27
Divide this by 2 and get 21:44 so we both get on the leaderboard right? Right?

  2. Had a great 6:30 class today! I did this WOD after class.

    Time: 19:17
    Scale: (155/95/85)
