15 Ring Push-ups
Move SLOWLY and methodically attempting perfect execution. Ideally this is done with two pairs of rings – one pair hung app. 8′ off the ground and the second 4″ off the ground.

Really enjoyed coaching the morning class. Everyone conquered their fears of hanging upside down on the rings by the end of the class. Awesome to see.
Interesting workout although I think it needs more thrusters.
First day back after a long weekend of working in ATL… Great 5:15pm class! Did “man push-ups” throughout the entire WOD! Silver.
Had fun with the 4:00 class. It was nice to see some faces I don’t get to see often, like Ginga and Leah! It was good to see everyone get over the fear of flipping upside down on the rings.
I did the workout with the 5:15 class. It was a fun workout. I always like playing on rings.
Today was a good workout. Definitley a technical skill, but was fun none the less. Amazing how hard it is to hold a rigid form coming down, even with the variation. Looking forward to Kelly tomorrow.
I love working on the rings. I feel like a little kid at recess. Nevertheless, it was definitely a tough WOD!
