33:14 RX beat my PR by 5 minutes and some change. By round 4 I can’t figure out how to get my legs to run faster. They move a lot but they don’t really move forward very much.
This morning’s workout owned me. Not used to early morning routine and need to take a recovery day. I did 30:40 Gold. Good class though!
32:10 Rx’d. Legs felt a little rubbery after this one…
25:28 on Silver (20″ box, 14lbs ball). I was definitiley feeling this one this morning. Great workout, definitley different doing it in the dark since I have been doing the afternoon classes.
Well they broke Leah’s water an hour ago. The baby will be here sometime this afternoon.
That’s exciting news!
That’s Great!! Keep us posted!
Best of luck!
Great morning and lunch classes. You guys motivate me! Jonathan and Steven took number one and two on the leader board this morning. Kudos to Michelle for boxing onto a 20″ for the first time today! Oh, and she did it for the entire workout. Awesome progress!
Leah and Hudson, those 20″ box jumps were for you two and all you’re going through today. It’s the least I could do. Thanks David for your encouragement and for your help on the wall balls!! Gean, Tim and Luke, great job today and way to stay with it. It’s a tough one.
Thanks Michelle. And thanks to everyone else for your encouragement. We are about two hours out from meeting Chloe.
She’s Here! She’s doing ok but having a little trouble breathing. Pray that she recovers in the next 4 hours so she can stay with us. She is is in NICU right now.
We’ll be praying for you three! Congratulations!!!
Felt decent on everything but the wall balls. They wrecked me.
Great job to everyone at the 5:15 class. Everyone made sure to stay legit on the range of motion. Great job guys!
Congrats Hudson and Leah!
On another note…I think I left my watch tonight on one of the benches. If someone finds it let me know…it’s my favorite watch 🙂
No worries, we will make sure you get it back!
Didn’t think I’d beat the cut-off. Wallballs sucked and I always get so frustrated doing them. A bunch weren’t legit so I tried to make up as many legit ones as I could. Thanks for the push David and being patient with my slow ass!
I’m with Brittany on the wall balls…I tried to make up the one I knew were sub par….but it was pretty darn tough. Then when you have Zan next to you throwing them up like it’s a tiny little golf ball…it messes with your head 🙂 I’d like to send a shout out to my stud muffin of a hubby for killing it on this one!!!
This was a rough one.
