Had some things to catch up on during the day today, so missed the morning workout. Went to the gym this afternoon to work on some weaknesses. Did 3-3-3 of Back Squat, then Press, then Deadlift.
After that, I did a workout to get the blood pumping.
25 Pullups
50 Deadlift @ 135#
50 Pushups
50 Box Jumps 24″
50 Floor Wipers @ 135#
50 Power Clean and Press @ 35# kettlebell each hand.

Finished in 23:45. I think I have 21:?? minutes in me, but its just hard doing these kind of workouts alone. Needed some people yelling at me.
This one was awful…probably something to do with the fact I hate rowing 😉
