  1. Good workout today. That warm-up was tough but fun and different. Thanks Jeff for the encouragement and helping me correct my form. I feel like I need much more of that.

  2. Did 6 minutes AMRAP of 5 thrusters 63#, 10 burpees and 15 sit ups. Finished 2 rounds and 10 Burpees. I think If I dropped the weight I could have kept the intensity up…. But at 86 degrees and 85% humidity, i’ll keep at it!

    1. Good job man. You guys were freaks over there on those HSPU. Oh and every time I step up in the building everybody hands go up and they stay there.
