Three rounds for time:
20 Ground to Shoulder
10 Ground to Overhead
Loads: Male – 275 lbs Female – 145 lbs
Both athletes use the same bar and perform the lift together at the same time. This will require communication and timing. Partners will be assigned by height and then the load scaled down to the partner that requires the most scaling.

Did this with Brittany this morning. Time 26:28. 1st rd with 145lb, 2nd rd with 135lb, and 3rd round with 125lb.Fun workout!
I had so much fun working with you, girl! You were right…we were able to compensate for the height difference without any problem at all, though I still think you did most of the work 😉
I really enjoyed this WOD. WODs that require a mental game are intriguing to me, and this one certainly did. Timing and calling cadence was crucial. I worked with Russell and was really happy with our teamwork. We completed it Rx’d in 30:26. I was also surprised at how safely and consistently pairs of athletes can move a single barbell.
