Thanks Daniel for coaching me through my first official rope climb!
Way to go, Michelle! Glad to hear you made it all the way up.
Great job this morning Michelle!! You fought hard and made it all the way up the rope. Hard work and being persistent pay off!
That’s awesome Michelle. Congrats!
Nice work, Michelle! It’s exciting to see you continually improve your fitness.
Great Job, Michelle!
Great lunch crew! I got 18.5 climbs: 6-4-2.5-3-3. Lots of rope burn today.
6-6-5-4-4=25 rx’d
7-5-5-4-3 = 24
No rips on my hands, and some light rope burn on my right ankle. Not to shabby as far as I’m concerned. Way to “hang” in there lunch crew!
6-6-4-4-4.75=24.75 rx’d
Went to lunch WOD. Cannot remember what I did exactly. I think it was 3-1-2-1.5-1 plus 13 towel pullups. I know that including the warm up, I did 10 full rope climbs, which is about 6 more than I’ve ever done in one day, so I will take it.
Nice job. That’s some serious progress!
Oh, I forgot, I also have to say that I witnessed Leah Slater friggin’ rock this workout! You did awesome, chick!
Thanks Sarah! You guys did awesome too!
5.5.5.6.6 = 27
Way more rope climbs than I have ever done before!
That is awesome Leah way to go!!!!
Awesome numbers, girlie!!
4-3-3-2-3 = 15
Great job 6:30 class. Daniel, Ryan, and Alex did awesome! I did 5-4-3-3-5 for a total of 20 rope climbs which is more rope climbs than I have ever done before. Thanks for the help Jeff!
11-10-10-9-8 Total = 48. My goal was fifty but my grip was wrecked after round three.
Huge props to Leah for doing awesome.
10-9-9-9-9 = 46. Damn you, Hudson! Great job.
Only because I had your score to chase down.
That’s OK. I do that to Fanning all the time.
Strong work from the 6:30 class tonight. Alex V. left nothing in the tank, taking his final rope climb to the last second. Katie got used to starting the climb with a jump and improved her climbs greatly because of it. Daniel and Ryan were working hard too, sometimes reaching that horrible point where you only need a few more inches to touch the goal, but you just can’t make it.
Hudson, Patrick, and Lisa appear to have really done well on this one. Congrats.
12-8-6-3-1
Same old story for me, came out guns a blazin and ran out of ammo quickly.
8+8+6+6+8 = 36
Hands were wrecked and ripped, but I love climbing that damn rope!
Patrick killed it! Damn you Bill for beating me by 1!
Just have to say that yesterday was a great day for many people. I am proud of all of you for really putting everything you had into yesterdays workout. Michelle way to go! It only gets easier from here on out 🙂 Leah S. awesome job as well! The Fink’s killed it on this one and Hudson I think used some Jedi mind trick on his body to get up that rope during round five! Another great day at CFI!
6-6-5-3-4 = 24
Not sure if it was an off day or rope climb is more of a weakness than I thought, but this WOD sure did own me! My forearms are burnt toast and bruises cover my legs despite my attempt to shield them. At least they match my purple outfit 😉
