    I did the Silver Scaled option at lunch 13:50:
    60 Squats
    40 Pull-ups
    15 Ring dips (worked on holding upward position and lowering body)
    40 Squats
    25 Pull-ups
    10 bench dips
    25 Squats
    20 Pull-ups
    5 bench dips

    I probably have some of those number incorrect. I can still barely move my arms and it is difficult to think.

      1. I was there yesterday. They are excluded from buy one get one half off since they are a discounted already.

  2. 16:27 rx’d – My hands didn’t rip, WOO HOO! This is the first time they haven’t ripped when doing more than 60 or 70 pullups.

    1. Gean, congrats on arriving near the end of the long road of ripping your hands over and over until they are hard as nails. That’s an adaptation that many athletes never find because it requires so much suffering after the WOD.

  5. Awesome 6:30 class tonight. I enjoyed drilling virtuosity on the squat. I think that was beneficial to everyone during the WOD. Everyone pushed really hard. Melissa W. in particular worked her ass off.

    I worked out during the 5:15 and completed a scaled version with assisted ring dips and ring rows in 16:xx. Dips are already better than pre-surgery. I think that would have become a critical weakness had I decided to go without surgery.

  6. 17:20 Gold (bar dips) Made myself use the taller pullup bar since I figure it’s coming in competition. I much prefer the smaller diameter bar.

  7. 17:06 Rx’d. Really struggled through this one w/ pullup capacity and ring dips being glaring weaknesses.
