I have meetings all afternoon so regrettably I will not be able to judge for you this afternoon.
I wish Russell Berger would send in a video of him doing 30 Muscle-ups for time. I’ve seen him do it in around 3 minutes! It’s something everyone should see once in their life time…like seeing the statue of liberty or something.

I don’t think she did as good as she wanted to. She is going to try it again after work tonight if she gets off on time.
Enjoyed taking my four motivated athletes through some MU transitions in the 5:15 class. Was great to see Angela back. Then I got to watch Zan improve her score on WOD 11.2. I took a couple minutes of video so we could show the world how to do perfect, non-wormy pushups if ever needed.
