  1. Just talked to Ginga and she said she is available during open gym.

  2. Do I still have to register as a judge and athlete if I am not going to be there Saturday?

    1. Nope. You only need to register if you’re attending on Saturday. The registration is how we plan heats, judges, equipment, etc. Tear it up tomorrow!

  3. 13:13 rx’d

Thought this would be way easier than it was. Kicked my butt good. Im pretty good at all three movements, but put them all in one wod and I automatically suck at all of them.

Thanks Justin for the push today. My final pushups would have been much slower had it not been for you breathing down my neck.

  4. Enjoyed coaching the 6:30 class tonight. It always amazes me how quickly this WOD fatigues even those with a lot of pressing power. Kudos to Nathan for fighting through several different scales to keep the WOD challenging.

During 5:15 David helped me program a WOD:
    3 rounds
    400m run
15 left arm dumbbell squat snatch @ 35 lbs
    30 walking lunges
    Time 12:13

I kept the 400m runs as fast as I could. It’s amazing how differently a WOD can feel if you treat the sprint like a true sprint. Quickly learned to keep the dumbbell far back in my hand to help with balance. Overall was a great WOD.

  5. 19:55 Rx. I echo what Daniel said. I’m pretty good at all three individually but put them in the same WOD and it’s a lactic acid nightmare. I was very lucky to finish.

  6. I really wanted to do this WOD but figured it would leave my shoulders trashed for Saturday. So I made up a run/chipper workout:
400m run, 20 Pull up, 20 Push up, 400m run, 20 sit up, 20 Hip Extension, 400m run, 20 wallball 20lb, 20 walking lunge. It was a good sprint workout, 9:29.
