60# Probably should have gone 5# heavier, not enough struggle at the end. Good workout this morning.
For today’s WOD I pressed 135# the first 5 rounds (failed 2nd rep of 5th round) and finished at 130# for the last 5 rounds.
Followed Shoulder Press with Wendler 5/3/1 Deadlift. I was able to get a 10rep AMRAP at 315#.
Finished the day doing Nasty Girls with Jordan (her suggestion). We both completed at ~11:45. 3 RFT (50 Squats, 7 MU, 10 Hang Power Clean 135#)
On a side note. The “Assume the Position” stretch was NOT what I expected!

Needed a strength day. My lungs and legs need a break. Worked out with Clint and topped off at 120#. Afterwards got a 1rm of 125#. This has been a weak movement for me, but something clicked today. 20# PR.
