Fun morning class! Kudos to Michelle for surpassing her goal in the Open 11.4 this morning! She got through the burpees and performed one OHS. Great job Michelle! Way to fight through it.

For the ladies competing tomorrow, do not under estimate the adrenaline rush that will come from the burpees. You will be tired but still plenty capable. Your body WILL be ready to make that weight go up. Believe it and do it!
147 reps @ 195# BP. Rounds went as follows:
Bench Press: 14, 10, 8, 8, 10
Pull Ups: 20, 20, 20, 20, 17
My goal was 150, and my plan was to stay close to 10 and 20 reps on bench and pull ups, respectively. Just couldn’t quite get there on that last round of pull ups.
Thanks to some random guy at the globo-gym for spotting me on the last set of BPs. He encouraged me, and also took it really well when I told him not to touch the bar during my 10th rep!
