    1. I love it! Frolicking through the canola fields. Or as Jeff called it last night after several shots of tequila, “crayola fields”.

  1. Hey guys, im the trainer for the 3pm class today. I can’t stay late today for you guys wanting to make up 11.4 sectionals wod, usually I can, but I need to make sure you guys are finished up at 4 when regular wod time ends. Its usually not an issue for me to stay a little late, but today I can’t.

  2. Did Grace today with Lori. My time was either 8:50 or 9:06 Rx’d I lost count (: Either way Lori totally kicked my butt way to go! Great job to all the athletes that conquered 11.4 again or for the first time you all did awesome!

  3. Did Grace with Katie. First time doing it Rx. My time was 7:36. Great job to all the athletes doing 11.4, ya’ll did great! Good job Scott with getting your goal of 90 reps!!

  4. Wow, I should have redone 11.4 instead of Hammer. This was a tough workout. I did not do the 5xJerks each round due to some tenderness in my lower back that I am trying to let heal before 11.5. Finished around 22 minutes.
