Great videos Melissa! 11.5=6 reps for me. Thanks to everyone for the encouragement to keep pushing on the T2B’s. Great job to Katie and Melissa J, you girls are such great athletes. Since I had the shortest 20 minute workout ever I rowed a 5k along side of Melissa J. It was awesome. You guys have a great day tomorrow and get some t2b’s for me.
