What a fun Saturday class! Thanks to all who came out to give my programing a try, and thanks to Emily for helping me out teaching today! I actually did this WOD after class with Cody cheering me on. Time-16:34 Rx’d. I’ve never done wall walks in a WOD before, I just thought they looked fun. Man those things are hard!
14:43 Rx’d. Great class today. I think wall walks are one of my favorite movements. They are quite dificult but they are great for developing shoulder strength, core stability and coordination as you transition from horizontal to upside-down. Great job everyone.
