  1. Awesome 5:15 class. Lot’s of hard work from everyone, especially a couple of our new athletes. I did the WOD at 6:30 and scored 7 rounds. Enjoyed working with Tyler who bested me by a full round!

  3. 4 rounds + 1. Started out gold, then dropped the weight on the DL to 145 after 2 rounds.

    I should have started out lighter. I don’t think I’ve injured myself, but my back is really tight today. I’ll probably take a day or two off just to be safe.
