They all look pretty brutal.
Mix of silver and gold for 18:02. This was such a fun morning class. David had everyone laughing and I loved the energy!
Today I did an incredibly simple yet difficult maneuver. Remember the single leg deadlifts with a dumbbell during skill work yesterday? I did that with a 35 lb dumbbell, and went from SLDL to weighted pistol, back to SLDL, weighted pistol, SLDL, weighted pistol…all before returning the other foot to the ground. I did 5 sets of this sequence with each leg. Breath control and experience made the last sets more manageable than the first. Was a great balance drill.
