At dawn, we flip tires!

 

5 Rounds

3 reps of single leg deadlift/pistol complex, each leg (m: 45 lb dumbbell, f: 30 lb dumbbell)

3 reps of reverse weighted lunge from back squat position, each leg (load as heavy as capable)

Rest as needed between rounds.
