  1. Got up early to do some strength work this morning.
    Back Squat and Bench Press, 3-3-3-3-3
    Achieved a 3RM PR on back squat of 285 (PR by 5)
    Bench press wasn’t close to a PR (surprise, huh) but I did manage 210×3 and 220×2.

  2. Did a variation of yesterday’s WOD during open gym with Lori. 4 rounds for time of 400m run, 12 deadlifts (145#, and 1 over the bar. Time=17:20
