  1. 13:58, started out Rx at 315# for the 21 set. Then dropped to 295 for th 15 and 275 for the 9 set. Deadlifts got real hard about 3 reps in.

  2. 13:20 bronze #115 DL with 20″ boxjumps…had to go to 18″ on the 15′ s and then back to 20″ on the 9’s….and yes burpee dodgeball TERRIFIES me…i may still have a slight tear in my eye!
