  1. 21:25 rx’d 3 minute PR, but still pretty disappointed with the time. HSPUs are still a blaring weakness of mine.

    Enjoyed coaching the 5:15 class. You guys showed a lot of heart struggling through single HSPU after single HSPU. I also think the “kipping pullup blockade” made us better, so thanks for being good sports about it.

  3. Good WOD today. I enjoy it when we change up the standards for the movements. 24:59 Rx (just barely under 25 min mark!).

  4. My HSPU weakness showed a lot with this workout. I could only get 2-3 at a time in the beginning and quickly went to singles. I was 1 HSPU into the round of 6 at the 25 minute cut off.
