The 800m Indian Run got me again! For the WOD, I did the gold scale, complete workout time=25:12.
This morning was so much fun! Lots of people that worked really hard. Barbara is a deceptive girl, and I think some people really misjudge her. But great job to everyone!!!
23:06 The 3 minutes of rest were just enough to make you think you were fully recovered, then about 10 reps into the next round it started to suck. Pushups were the hardest for me.
