  1. I had the pleasure of hanging with the guys this morning. In comparison to a lot of the WOD’s we do this one was fun in a sick sort of way. Challenging yourself each round to do better than the round before. 188 reps Blue band pull-ups. Way to smoke us Gean!

  3. Great WOD, man! I scored 160 Rx’d. I am in the middle of a deload week so I took it easy.

    Hmmm…last night at 7:30pm when the workout was over, David and I had tied. I guess his score increased by one in two hours 😉
