Ginga- Thank you for the wonderful class! I had a great time. I think I made great progress with my doubts of being inverted. Great class everyone!
Yoga was absolutely relaxing and just what I needed to cure any mid-week stress and tension. I had so much fun working on handstands and made a great deal of progress. I can not wait for next week!
