Great time this morning! Kudos to Monna for killing it on the rope climbs! She had never climbed a rope before and got four in this morning after the chipper. She was determined!
Had the lead going into burpees and then lost my will to move. 21:37 RX with rope climbs instead of sled pull.

I finished the version of the WOD for people with injuries in 14:47 rx’d with 25# on the weighted squats. The 400m skip was brutal at the end. Nice way to cap it off.

Shoulder to overhead and rope climbs were the worst part for me. Enjoyed Jeff’s creativity at the beginning of class!
Did power cleans at open gym. 155# 1RM. That’s a 10# PR for me. I guess a tie with Zan will have to do for now. 160 just wasn’t happening for me today.
Did today’s WOD at the 6:30 class. 19:03 Rx’d. Those last few rope climbs were really hard!
16:08 Gold reps with 14# ball, 20″ box, and 6 rope climbs. Went into class not wanting to do rope climbs since I tore my leg up Wed. doing them, but with a little duck tape was able to do it anyway. Great job 6:30!
