  1. I did a self-programed workout before class started:

    4 rounds for time of:
    10 med. ball cleans 10lb ball
    25 Supermans
    15 Ring Incline Push-ups
    35 unanchored situps

    time: 12:38

  2. 13:13 (65# thrusters and squat clean, 55# squat snatch) Never could catch Katie; she was always 1 rep ahead of me!!

    It was fun working out with everyone at Impulse again! Thanks Christina for letting me drop in and for the tips on the squat snatch.
