  1. 19:10 Rx’ed. Slow runs, my back was sore from all the dead lifts this past week.

  2. 20:08 @ 75lbs OHS – (old PR was 21:00 @ 65lbs OHS)
    did all sets of OHS without dropping the bar which was a goal going into this one.
