Decided to try something at home. 200 situps for time. Used a 55lb kid for one foot weght and a 35 lb kid for the other. Used a bath towel to simulate an ab mat.

My old 3RM was 235. My old 1RM was 265!
So I finished with 1 attempt at 285 and nailed it for a new 1RM and 20# PR.
