Holy s@#t….the day after lumberjack..crossfit crazy!
Another Chipper…….. Well, atleast this one doesn’t have the 400m run between exercises.
Today’s WOD was pretty difficult, especially following lumberjack.

Strangely more tiring then yesterday’s WOD. Possibly because the bodyweight movements allowed me to move faster between exercises.
Finished in 36:00. Blue band ring dips, knees to armpits / tucks, DU one at a time tonight for the first time in a WOD. What up rope climb? Thanks, Jeff for making me stick with it until I got it! I’m whipped.
My 6:30 class gave 110% tonight! Kudos to Eric and Ben for a blazingly fast finish. Eric finished in about 11 minutes!
Also very proud of Sam and Shawn for keeping moving through a long, rough WOD, and of Rosie for finishing with 3 rope climbs! I knew she had it in her, and today she got to prove it. Incredible work!
