  1. OHS – 115 /Front – 335 / BACK – 455
Jeff….couldn’t have got the back squat without you screaming! Thanks

  2. Bench Press 1×7
    250-260-270-280(PR)-290(PR)-300(x)-300(x)

Then did assistance work with 225 lb bench and bar muscle up triples.

The gym record front and back squat just got even more serious. Congrats, Josh!

  3. Impressive morning at CFI no doubt. Between Jeff almost vaulting himself up to his navel on the highest pullup bar to Josh lifting what resembled every plate in the box to Sarah L showing the morning class how to get it done. It just makes me proud to be a part of such a great family of athletes.
    OHS 95/FS 115/BS 155

  4. OHS 115/FS 135/ BS 165 This was fun partnering with Sarah L. She is a front squatting beast 🙂 Congrats on the PR’s everyone

  5. Thanks, Ken, for being patient and working with me this morning.

Had a best OHS @ 85# || For FS & BS I worked on form until muscle failure. Until we meet again, nemesis!

  6. 175/225/305

stout work by mcguire! i was reading the board, saw 115 ohs and figured the rest of the numbers would be in the 100 range only to see a freaking 455 at the end. outstanding.

  7. Man my legs are toast from yesterday but I was pretty stoked to get 2 out of the 3 PRs! 100(PR)/130(PR)/145
Thanks Leah for working out with me! Great work:-)

  8. 170(15 lb PR)/ 210 (15 lb PR)/ 210

I worked out at the 4:00 class with Jordan. Her coaching helped me to feel significantly more stable during the OHS and get a big PR.

My shoulders have been hurting in certain positions for the last couple of weeks and I felt them acting up again in the back squat position so I didn’t try for a back squat PR today. During the recent CF total I PR’d it at around 240 lbs. I was extremely happy with my OHS and FS today though.

  9. Ditto on the great coaching from Jordan today at 4. It was a great class. I was 2 for 2 on PRs (I did not have a previously recorded OHS PR) which was very surprising.

    OHS – 115
    FS – 145 (40# PR from May)
BS – 185 (failed 195) (30# PR from just a couple weeks back w/ CrossFit Total).

Tons of other PRs in the 4pm class, great job everyone!

  10. Good time at 6:30 tonight!
    OHS: 185-195-205-215-225 (PR by 5)
    FS: 230-245-260-275-290 (PR by 5)
BS: 295-310 (oh dear, that was tougher than it should be)-315-320-325 (off PR by 10)

When I got to back squat the fatigue had gotten to me and my performance with 310 showed that it was time to re-evaluate my goal of PR’ing by 5 on each lift (would mean 340 on back squat). So I resolved to finish while still adding weight each time, and succeeded in that. Always happy to take a 5 lb PR.

  11. OHS-205 (PR by 20#)
    FS-205 (225 PR)
    BS-245 (255 PR)
Missed old PR’s on FS and BS. I’m blaming the 60 thrusters from yesterday, yeah, that’s it.
