    1. I watch it at some point every day since I found it. Can’t wait to do this wod. First time 🙂

  1. Damn! Suks that I’m going to miss this one. Have to coach my daughter’s soccer team at 9:00. I can feel a PR in my bones. Ah well. Maybe next rest day we repeat??

  2. Fight Gone Bad – 315
    Nasty
Some fierce ass competitors doing work this morning. Fun class

  3. Today is international Handstands Around the World Day. Immsurprised Crossfit isn’t participating considering their affiliation with the United States Gymnastics Assoiation. Today at 12:00 noon central time, gymnastics clubs and individuals all over the world will be doing handstands at the exact same time to be counted towards the world record for the most simulaneous handstands in recognition of National Gymnastics Day. All Crossfit affliates should participate.

  4. Super fun coaching class today! Lots of movement on the leader board :-). Thanks to Jordan and Zan for pushing me to do this one after class– 265 and now I’m feeling it.
Daniel- today was actually the FGB6 fundraiser for wounded warriors across the world. Most Boxes did this WOD as a fundraiser and opened their boxes to all local crossfitters to compete. That’s prob why they didn’t acknowledge the handstand day.
FGB, so nasty but so good!
